Let’s begin your child’s education journey at Parkwood!

If you are a new student, please contact us to schedule a visit. If you are a returning student re-enrolling for the upcoming academic year, you’ll need to log into your Gradelink account with your school-provided credentials.

After your visit, you will need to create a Gradelink account. Then, you will be instructed to create a login with your email and user-generated password. With your Gradelink account, you can access the student application. You may save the application and return at a later time/date. Follow the prompts, upload the following documents, and pay the required application fee (if applicable):

For Pre-school students:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Department of Health School Physical

For Pre-Kindergarten students:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Department of Health School Physical
  • VPK Certificate of Eligibility (from Florida ELC)

For Kindergarten, Elementary, and Middle School students:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Department of Health School Physical

*Parkwood administration will request student records directly from the student’s previous school(s).
